CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy💕✨ To respect the time of both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations💕✨ Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Late Cancellations💕✨ Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows💕✨ Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Rescheduling💕✨ We understand that emergencies happen. One-time rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion without penalty if circumstances are communicated promptly.
